Its been 37 days since my last period. I had a tubal ligation 7 yrs ago, 37 yrs old. I'm not having any symptoms except for being tired. Should I be worried yet? Need my nerves calmed down..lol

It might be hormone imbalance. Are you on any medication? Some of them may easily affect periods. If not, I would recommend you visit your obgyn and do simple blood test in order to check the progesterone level. And it might also be something very ordinary like stress, moving in to different climate zone etc. I believe, it is extremely unlikely to thing about something else in your case (especially after 7 years, pregnancy might happen only right after the procedure not 7 years after). Calm down, visit your ObGyn for simple hormone test.
