iPhone App Troubleshooting

by Jamie » 18 May 2011 | 07:52 PM

Upgraded to the paid version of the iPhone app through the free version you used to have. Free version no longer exists. You never update the app. I can't leave feedback because apparently I don't have the paid version. Annoying.

On your site, when I attempt to view my calendar, I click on, say, January 4, 2011 and it shows the info from December 20, 2010. And so on. I can't view the details of a certain day on your site.

I've found a new app and interface to use. They actually update and it...WORKS.
Really regret paying for the app and putting all the info in. What a waste.

Jamie,

We checked the calendar and we didn't see any issues with your account. Sometimes depending on the speed of your network you may experience a temporary slow down when connecting to our website. This could result in a delay of updating the information in your browser.

As to iMensies FREE. We did discontinue the distribution of the FREE version through the App Store. However, when there is a need for an update that fixes bugs or other issues, that update will be made available for the users who downloaded FREE version before.
